Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Local Launch Labs Digital ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-powered business services to local service businesses ("Client," "you"), including but not limited to: AI Voice Receptionist, Missed Call Text-Back, AI Chat Widget, Review Automation, Local SEO Presence Management, and AI Website Generation (collectively, "Services").

3. Payment Terms

• All Services are billed on a monthly recurring basis through our payment processor (Whop).
• Payment is due on the same date each month as the original subscription date.
• All fees are in US Dollars (USD).
• Failed payments may result in temporary service suspension until payment is resolved.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information during onboarding.
• Set up call forwarding to the assigned Twilio number as instructed.
• Maintain an active phone carrier plan on your business line.
• Respond to support communications within a reasonable timeframe.
• Not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

5. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for all AI services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (Twilio, Vercel, or internet service providers), force majeure events, or Client-side configuration issues.

6. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice to support@locallaunchlabsdigital.com.
• Upon cancellation, Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• Provisioned phone numbers will be released after the cancellation effective date.
• Generated websites may be transferred to Client upon request before cancellation takes effect.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Launch Labs Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by Client in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All AI-generated content (website copy, chat responses, voice scripts) created for Client is owned by Client upon payment. Our underlying technology, systems, and processes remain our intellectual property.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
