Upon payment, we begin provisioning your services immediately (phone number assignment, AI configuration, website generation). Because provisioning involves real costs (Twilio numbers, AI processing, Vercel deployment), setup costs are non-refundable once provisioning begins.
2. Monthly Subscription
Your subscription renews automatically each month on your billing date.
You may cancel at any time with 30 days' notice to support@locallaunchlabsdigital.com.
After cancellation, services remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No refunds are issued for partial months.
3. Pro-Rated Refunds
In the following circumstances, we may issue a pro-rated refund at our discretion:
Service failure: If we are unable to deliver a core service for more than 72 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end.
Billing error: If you were charged incorrectly, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
Within 48 hours: If you request cancellation within 48 hours of initial signup and provisioning has not been completed.
4. How to Request Cancellation or Refund
Email support@locallaunchlabsdigital.com with:
Your business name
The email address on your account
Reason for cancellation or refund request
We will respond within 2 business days and process any applicable refund within 5-10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend services immediately and dispute the chargeback with documentation of service delivery.
